Our journey led us to Madagascar. It is considered the global reference for some of the world’s most prized vanilla.

Its tropical climate and traditional cultivation methods produce vanilla with exceptional aromatic complexity, warm, creamy, floral, and naturally rich. That depth cannot be replicated by synthetic flavour systems.

We chose authentic organic Madagascar vanilla because ingredient quality should define the flavour. Not lab chemistry.

What does it actually taste like?

This is not an aggressively sweet dessert protein.

If you're used to synthetic vanilla protein powders, the first thing you'll notice is what's missing: the artificial aftertaste, the cloying sweetness, the chemical finish.

Q1. Is this whey protein really certified organic?

Yes. Our Bio Whey is produced and certified under BE-BIO-01 (Certisys), the Belgian organic certification standard, in compliance with EU Regulation 2018/848 on organic production and labelling. Every ingredient is sourced from certified organic farming.

Q2. What makes this different from regular whey protein?

Three things: the certification, the formula, and the sourcing philosophy.

It's BE-BIO-01 certified organic from start to finish. The vanilla is real organic Madagascar vanilla, not synthetic vanillin. The whey concentrate itself is 80% protein before we blend anything in. The ingredient list is 8 items long. There are no artificial aromas, no synthetic flavour systems, and no unnecessary additives.

Most commercial whey proteins are built around cheap flavour chemistry. Ours is built around ingredient integrity.

Q3. Where does the vanilla come from?

The vanilla is sourced from Madagascar, the global reference for some of the world's finest vanilla. We use both a natural organic vanilla flavour and an organic vanilla bean extract. Both are certified organic.

There is no synthetic vanillin in the formula. The warmth, creaminess, and depth of flavour come from the real vanilla itself.

Q4. Where does the whey come from?

Our whey protein concentrate is sourced from premium Swiss alpine organic grass-fed dairy farms and certified under BE-BIO-01. The whey concentrate itself is 80% protein content.

Q5. How much protein is in one serving?

20.5g of protein per 35g serving. Each 1kg pouch provides approximately 28 servings. At €75 per pouch, that works out to about €2.63 per serving, or roughly the price of a coffee for a serving of certified-organic, Belgian-made grass-fed whey.

Q6. Is it suitable for vegans?

No. Our Bio Whey contains whey protein, which is derived from milk. It is suitable for vegetarians but not for vegans. It contains MILK and lactose.

If you need a vegan protein, our Bio Whey is not the right product for you, but our liquid range OMNIDAY (vegan status pending confirmation) and other products in the Omnisupps range may suit.

Q7. Does it contain any allergens?

Yes, it contains MILK and lactose from the whey protein concentrate. It is not suitable for people with a milk allergy.

For people with mild lactose intolerance, whey protein concentrate contains less lactose than milk itself, but it is not lactose-free. If you are highly lactose intolerant, this product may cause discomfort.

Q8. Does it contain artificial sweeteners or sugar?

No artificial sweeteners and no added sugar. The 6.9g of sugars per serving listed on the nutritional panel are naturally occurring lactose sugars from the whey itself, not added.

The vanilla character comes from the real vanilla in the formula, not from sweeteners.

Q9. Is it Non-GMO?

Yes. Produced from non-genetically modified ingredients in compliance with EU Regulations 1829/2003 and 1830/2003. It contains no GMOs, is not made of GMOs, and is not produced on the basis of GMOs.

Q10. How do I mix it?

Mix 35g (approximately two heaped tablespoons) with 300ml of milk or water. Stir well.

No scoop is included in the pouch. Most pouches in our range use a standard tablespoon measure for consistency and to reduce packaging waste.

It mixes cleanly in both water and milk. Milk gives the creamiest texture; water gives a cleaner finish.

Q11. How should I store it?

Store in a dry place at room temperature, away from direct sunlight. Once opened, reseal the pouch zipper after each use.

Shelf life: 24 months from the production date (printed on the pouch).
